2. Lost your usercode / passcode

If you have lost your usercode, passcode, or both, you can easily request them online! Please go to
https://secure.verotel.com/cgi-bin/enduser_info_mail.pl (for Verotel)
Enter your email address and your usercode and passcode will be emailed immediately!
